OCAI LTD (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”) is committed to complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, which require producers of certain visual depictions to verify the age and identity of performers and to maintain records of such verification. This Policy describes how the Company applies these requirements to content distributed through the Service, regardless of where the Company or its Creators are located.
For purposes of this Policy, OCAI LTD may act as a secondary producer of Content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including with respect to AI-generated content and content published by Creators and distributed via Telegram and other channels through the Service. This Policy applies to all Content uploaded, generated, or distributed through the Service.
Before a Creator may publish or monetize Content through the Service, the Creator must complete an identity and age verification process, including submission of a valid, government-issued photo identification document confirming that the Creator and any individual depicted in the Creator’s Content is at least 18 years of age.
Content depicting, or appearing to depict, any individual under the age of 18 in a sexual or suggestive context is strictly prohibited on the Service. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the depicted individual is real, simulated, or generated using artificial intelligence. Any Content or Account found to violate this prohibition will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable.
The Company maintains records of the age and identity verification documentation collected from Creators and, where applicable, from individuals depicted in Content, in accordance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. These records are maintained securely and are made available to law enforcement upon lawful request.
Where required, Content distributed through the Service includes the producer statements and custodian of records information required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
The Company employs automated and manual content monitoring measures, as further described in Our Terms & Conditions, to detect and remove Content that does not comply with this Policy. Creators found to be in violation of this Policy will have their Content removed and their Accounts suspended or terminated, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The Company cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with investigations related to age verification, identity, and Content compliance, and will provide records maintained under this Policy in response to valid legal requests.
This Policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or Company practice. The most current version of this Policy is available on the Service.
