Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Policy – Creators & Performers

1. Purpose

This Policy describes how TLINK collects, uses, stores, and protects personally identifiable information (“PII”) belonging to Creators and performers in connection with the Service, including information collected for identity verification, age verification, and regulatory compliance purposes.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all PII collected from Creators and performers in connection with onboarding, identity and age verification, payment processing, and ongoing use of the Service. It supplements, and should be read together with, Our Privacy Policy and Compliance Policy.

3. Categories of PII Collected

3.1 Identity & Verification Information

Full legal name, date of birth, government-issued identification documents, and other information collected for the purpose of age and identity verification.

3.2 Contact Information

Email address, country of residence, and location data.

3.3 Payment & Payout Information

Payment account details, account holder name, and transaction and payout history. TLINK does not collect or store credit card numbers or sensitive card data; such information is handled exclusively by Our third-party payment processors.

3.4 Account & Platform Information

Creator username and other account identifiers associated with the Service.

3.5 Compliance & Risk Data

Information collected for Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML), and age-verification purposes, records maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and records related to content moderation and enforcement actions.

4. Purpose of PII Collection

We collect and use PII for the following purposes:

  • Identity and age verification of Creators and performers;
  • Fraud prevention and risk management;
  • Onboarding and Account management;
  • Processing payments and payouts; and
  • Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Data Minimization

We collect only the PII that is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and do not request or retain PII beyond what is required for verification, payment, and compliance purposes.

6. Storage & Security

PII is protected through the following measures:

  • Restricted access to PII on a role-based, need-to-know basis;
  • Secure storage and encrypted transmission of PII;
  • Use of trusted third-party identity verification and payment providers; and
  • Ongoing monitoring of systems that store or process PII.

7. Sharing of PII

We may share PII with:

  • Third-party service providers engaged to support verification, payments, or platform operations, subject to confidentiality obligations;
  • Platform partners, such as Telegram, where necessary to deliver the Service; and
  • Regulatory authorities and law enforcement, where required by law.

PII is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

8. Retention & Deletion

We retain PII for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy record-keeping obligations under applicable law (such as 18 U.S.C. § 2257), and to resolve disputes and enforce Our agreements. Where We are not legally required to retain PII, We will delete or anonymize it upon request, subject to verification of identity.

9. Data Subject Rights

Creators and performers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their PII, subject to Our legal retention obligations, by contacting Us as described in Our Privacy Policy.

10. Policy Review

This Policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or Company practice. The most current version of this Policy is available on the Service.
