This Policy applies to all PII collected from Creators and performers in connection with onboarding, identity and age verification, payment processing, and ongoing use of the Service. It supplements, and should be read together with, Our Privacy Policy and Compliance Policy.
Full legal name, date of birth, government-issued identification documents, and other information collected for the purpose of age and identity verification.
Email address, country of residence, and location data.
Payment account details, account holder name, and transaction and payout history. TLINK does not collect or store credit card numbers or sensitive card data; such information is handled exclusively by Our third-party payment processors.
Creator username and other account identifiers associated with the Service.
Information collected for Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML), and age-verification purposes, records maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and records related to content moderation and enforcement actions.

Where We are not legally required to retain PII, We will delete or anonymize it upon request, subject to verification of identity.
Creators and performers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their PII, subject to Our legal retention obligations, by contacting Us as described in Our Privacy Policy.
This Policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law or Company practice. The most current version of this Policy is available on the Service.
